Cocktail Class

.Shelter's cocktail class is a fun and interactive class that provides both a learning environment and a fun evening out. Classes include:

• Three delicious cocktails
• Cocktail and spirit theory and a brief history
• Understanding what glassware to use and when
• Pro muddling, stirring, and shaking techniques
• The nitty-gritty of bar tools and how to use them
• How to use egg whites to make a perfect sour
• Question and answer period

Classes are limited to nine participants. Guests must bring proof of purchase to the evening of the event. Any guests who require substitutions for allergies or non-alcoholic cocktails must let the staff know on arrival, or preferably, in advance of the event. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
